Our Founder Owner, Pat Haggins knows fitness and how it impacts your life, health and wellbeing.  Overweight and unhappy, Pat changed her life by serving the community as premier fitness professional and personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in helping others adopt a healthy and fit lifestyle.  She is a certified personal trainer, who has been featured in numerous newspapers and magazines such as CrossRoads and Trend to Trend Magazine.     "I created Before And After Fitness Center  so everyone  could enjoy an intimate upscale fitness club that offers its members the opportunity to have a more personalized relationship at their gym, having the same comfort and feel of home. I thought of my own journey from fat to fab as I designed every aspect of this club.
